These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Emyrrhs (the "Service"), operated by Emyrrhs ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Emyrrhs is a web-based nature exploration service that lets you upload photos, receive AI-assisted species identification, and earn badges, tiers, and star rewards. Features may change over time.
2. Account & Authority
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase lifetime access. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others;
- upload content that infringes intellectual-property rights or contains malware;
- attempt to interfere with, probe, or circumvent security controls, or scrape the Service;
- resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Service;
- use the Service to generate content that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or harmful.
4. AI Identification — Accuracy Disclosure
Species identifications produced by AI models may be inaccurate. Outputs are provided for educational and recreational use only and are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., foraging, medical, or safety decisions). You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them and for having rights to any photos you upload.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Payment, Billing & Refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
Emyrrhs is offered as a one-time $20 lifetime access fee. See our Refund Policy for refund details.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination we will provide a reasonable window to export data before deletion where technically feasible.
8. Warranties & Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Emyrrhs is established.
