Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Emyrrhs. If you are not satisfied with your lifetime access purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Emyrrhs orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Contact our support team from your account and we will help you initiate the refund.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Once refunded, lifetime access is revoked.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us — we will do our best to make it right.
